Getting Started
To get started on the process of enrolling your child in our preschool program, please come to the Palermo District Office, located at 7390 Bulldog Way, Palermo and complete a Preschool Eligibility Application. Or you may print the form from the link below.
Once you've completed and returned the form, our Enrollment Specialist will review it and then reach out to you to set up an appointment for the remaining paperwork.
